Trent Boncompagni: The season in which we actually decided to run the worker of the week web update instead of just guessing who won had the man who played Mr. Gadros and Reporter Trent take the coveted prize home. Here was a guy who played both of these characters in the same sketch! Who had a whole ACT based on his return and who stuck a lampshade on his head and ‘Touchdown danced’ his way into hearts everywhere.
See how Trent scored enough points to win in the Worker of the Week breakdowns and check out how your favourite cast member went. If the cast are reading this (and let’s face it, you all do) see how fairly and squarely Bonco beat you and note how you can improve so your name can be etched into history as the Worker of the Season.

Michael Payne: He appeared in every episode of the first season and was one of the first guys to come on board in those early times. Payney struggled weekly to fill his minute of community access fame but when in doubt make some offensive remarks, outlandish predictions and swear. Payney took the win even though he told Stawanski he thought “It would last a couple of episodes, everyone will get bored and that’ll be it.” Sucker’s been with us for four seasons.
